Training
After installing one or more Synoxis Algae photobioreactors, we provide comprehensive training on how to use them.
Delivered on-site or remotely by our biotechnology project manager, the training covers the system’s technology, how to use the controller, and all protocols, from starting a culture to cleaning and disinfection.
The training is customised to your needs, which are defined in advance with your teams.
At the end of the training, you will receive comprehensive documentation, including a user guide for the photobioreactor. A dedicated hotline is also available to assist you in using the photobioreactor and monitoring your strains and cultures.

From first contact to cultures made in your new photobioreactors, we support you throughout all phases of your project on biological, technical, and financial matters.
